Our story · わたしたちのこと

It started in a London kitchen, with a cookie that missed places.

We kept coming home from trips with flavours we could not stop thinking about: the matcha in a Kyoto teahouse, cutting chai on a Mumbai street corner, a caramel-heavy afternoon tea in London. So we folded them into the one cookie we already loved.

mello is that cookie. Same crisp edge, same chewy middle, a different city every time. Travel the world through one beloved cookie, then bring the flavour home.

    Every flavour is developed with the same care we give the recipe. Allergens listed plainly, ingredients we can name, nothing we would not serve our own families.
