Good to know.
Everything about delivery, freshness, allergens and the waitlist. Something else? Get in touch.
The waitlist
- Why is there a waitlist?
- We bake in small batches, so our boxes are limited. Sign up to the waitlist for the next batch and you will be notified when it is ready.
- Do I pay anything to join?
- No. Joining is free and you are not committing to buy. When the next batch is ready we send one email with a link to order.
- Can I change what I asked for?
- Yes. Join again with the same email and we will add anything new to your request.
Delivery
- Where do you deliver?
- Anywhere in the UK, by tracked delivery.
- How much is delivery?
- £3.95, and free on orders over £30.00.
- How long does it take?
- We bake to order, then it usually arrives in one to three working days.
Freshness and storage
- How long do the cookies keep?
- They are best within 10 days of baking. Keep them in their box or tin, somewhere cool and dry.
- Can I freeze them?
- Yes, for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature, or warm for a few minutes in the oven for that just-baked feel.
Allergens
- What allergens do the cookies contain?
- Every cookie contains wheat (gluten) and milk, and the Mumbai cookie contains pistachios. Each box comes with a card listing the full ingredients and allergens for every destination.
- I have an allergy. Can I check before ordering?
- Please do. Send us a note and we will share the full ingredient list for each cookie before you order.
The boxes
- What is in the World Box?
- Four cookies, one from each stop on the current route, each with its own story card. £18.00.
- What is in the Cookie Tin?
- Twelve cookies across the current route in a tin worth keeping, with a hand-written gift note. £48.00.
- Can I send one as a gift?
- Yes. Add a gift note when you join the waitlist and we will hand-write it on the card.
